

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable:
All Bookings have a different cancellation policy and tickets sold through AirlineRC are completely non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we still advise you to call us and check with our travel Expert at the time of making the Booking.
Once Booking is confirmed we charge payment right away to hold the seat as fares are not guaranteed but it takes time to generate an E-ticket on that booking, it may take 24-48 hrs to issue a ticket.
All Cancellation must be done over the call only and if Booking has passed more than 24hrs of time of Making it, then we accept the refund requests only when the required Cancellation policy and conditions are met.
There are some cancellation policies and condition that you must know before Booking any flight deal:-

Refund is only be initiated if the customer applied for a cancellation and fare rules of the airline ticket permit a refund.

Refunds are only be initiated if the customer has not missed his/her Flight, Like No-Shows, As most cases like this make the customer In-Eligible for waivers and refunds.

We secure waivers from our suppliers to process cancellations and refunds.

If a refund is approved it takes up to 3 Billing cycles from the day we send you a cancellation receipt confirmation.

The confirmation email itself is not a guarantee of any refund however it's written information that refund has been initiated on customer request.

In some cases, Airline do not refund the money but they do provide future credit, that can be used within a year from the time of cancellation request place by the customer and at the time of using this credit, the customer needs to pay a reissuing fee that is up to $ 300.00 and fare difference if any.
Date changes request by Customer:-
For any Voluntary Flight changes, like Date change, Flight change, Routing change, Name change, etc incurs a fixed airline penalty and fare difference if any and before doing any changes to booking we send all information in writing to the customer and if the customer with agree with all flight changes then only we proceed with changes.

Refund Process under Coronavirus Timelines

Due to COVID-19, most refunds for flights are issued within 12 weeks. Some refunds could take a bit longer, depending on the airline.

Refunds for hotel, car, or activity are processed within our normal timeframe, 24 hours from the cancellation request. Keep in mind, your bank or payment service determines when the funds become available in your account.

In other circumstances not impacted by COVID-19, here’s what you should know about refund timelines:
